Whether or not to disclose your learning disability in college can be a difficult decision for students who have endured the stigma of the “Special Education” label for their entire school career. To shed the LD stamp and feel like their peers, students often choose not to disclose once high school has ended. Be careful, however, because this decision can lay the groundwork for dire consequences and should only be made with all the facts at hand.
